Beautiful location. Nice place. Very clean and comfortable. The man who serves coffee in the morning seems like he was doing you a favor 👎..... Everything else was excellent. I recommend it.

The rooms are pretty basic and have no frills but the views of the lake are great. Location is decent too - takes about an hour to get there on the bus from Como, but once there there are ferry stops just across the road so it’s very easy to get to all of Lake Como’s main sights.

Holiday hotel. Great food, very friendly staff. We had requested a disabled person-friendly room if possible. Obviously none free so bathroom was awkward as no grab handles to enable my husband to use shower.

16/12/2023: Excellent pizza, the best in the entire Intelvi Valley, top location for panorama and town, the most beautiful in the valley. Also convenient to take away and at normal prices, but with quality ingredients. Typical dough of contemporary pizza from Caserta, to try! It's a shame they're closing this January and February. I will be back as soon as they reopen and I recommend everyone to try it. In summer it will be even more beautiful if you can enjoy pizza outside with a view of Lugano.
