The place is not wow. The location is great. Very friendly service (even if not perfect). BUT what comes on the plate is TOP! For this reason alone it is worth going. We ate outside (heat lamps). Certainly much better and more pleasant in warmer temperatures🙌🏻

We chose the restaurant both for the menu and for the exclusive view of the lake. The Pinsa is excellent. Friendly environment and service!

Conosco il locale da anni, la location è molto bella. Purtroppo servizio e pietanze sono sempre carenti in termini di qualità. In questa occasione abbiamo provato le pinse, mediocri. Mi spiace che non vengano valorizzati di più i piatti e che non venga incrementata una maggiore professionalità da parte dei camerieri. Due pinse, due weiss e una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo pagato 44 euro. Non tornerò sicuramente nel breve-medio, però voglio dare una chance in futuro per la vista/posizione che ha il locale, le carte sono giuste per inalzare il livello. Confido in una "ristrutturazione" da parte del gestore/titolare.

I piatti erano veramente buoni, cozze escluse, ma i prezzi sono esagerati iniziando dal coperto a 4 euro! Prima non era così.

Ci sono andato con il parentado per un pranzo in compagnia, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene piatti di mare e ottimi dolci. I camerieri molto simpatici e preparati e disponibili, il servizio molto curato.

Dopo 4 volte, posso asserire che il cibo è eccellente. Così come il servizio e naturalmente la posizione. Sempre un piacere pranzare o cenare qui !

Un ristorante con una bella vista lago. Servizio buono, coperto con tovaglie e tovaglioli di stoffa! La pinza alla zucca buona. La frittura di gamberi totani buona

30/03/2024: A little uncomfortable in the lower part, tables very close together but it is like that in many parts of Italy, the food is good, very good, the food arrives quickly, the service is very friendly, and the prices are incredible for being in the historic center of the city. 100% recommended
25/03/2024: Very nice location in the center of Novara Despite a very varied menu, the service was terrible. Dommage. Happy to have found a vegan menu, they served me a bruschetta with aubergine sauce, too bad the bread tasted like fish. I was forced to have the dish redone. Glass not clean, bread arrived after several requests, plates missing due to fish shells. The place was full but that doesn't take away from the fact that the service should be perfect. That said, as far as the food goes, good but nothing exceptional. Finally, a few smiles and more kindness are missing, even at the checkout!
