sono 50 anno che frequento la cucina cinese...ho iniziato a Roma negli anni 70, e non ho mai smesso, in Italia e all'estero, e devo segnalare la zuppa agropiccante di questo ristorante livornese, a mio gusto probabilmente la migliore mai assaggiata: densa, saporita, croccante e delicata allo stesso tempo, insomma COMPLIMENTI
