It is already a comfortable hotel, in a nice location, and the breakfast in the morning is very pleasant.
If the rooms are modernized it will be even better.
The only negative note: despite being guests of the hotel, we were told that the sauna is an extra charge (13/14 euros per hour). This is not pleasant. Much better is a room that costs more but with the possibility of freely using the wellness area.

We had dinners as external guests at this hotel, the cuisine was very good and a lot of variety even in the buffets, the waiters were super good. As for the older manager of the room, he was very rude to the waiters even making some unpleasant jokes. It also didn't give us a good impression because it gave off a strong smell that seemed like wine. As for the girls at reception, they were kind from requesting the menu to paying.
All in all good but perhaps something to review and pay more attention to.

The hotel is rather of a cottage character, there is nothing to complain about in the given environment.
The rooms meet what you need, the staff is cool.
One at a very high level, we didn't miss anything.
You can relax in the pool after skiing, the water is pleasantly warm. I recommend it

Unique experience. Hospitality, cleanliness, excellent food, swimming pool and hydromassage Top!! The enchanting setting.
Pet friendly.......Mimmo our dog had a great time. I recommend it to everyone.......we will be back.

Hotel in a good location. Free transport by minibus to the cable car, approx. 5 minutes.
The parking lot in front of the hotel is slightly undersized, but you can park nearby.
The rooms are spacious with older equipment, clean.
The staff is nice and helpful.
I praise the kitchen the most. Breakfast buffet, supplemented. Dinner salad buffet + selection from the menu of local dishes + dessert, all excellent. Drinks are included (except beer and coffee).
The pool is included in the accommodation price. It is necessary to have a cap and your own towel (not the one from the room). Sauna €14 per person.
The whole hotel has good heating, it is warm everywhere.
Good performance/price ratio. I recommend.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, a large swimming pool, very friendly staff and excellent food. You can ski not only in the Civetta ski area, but also in Cortina (approx. 30 minutes by car to Fedare) and on the Marmolada (approx. 1 hour to Malga Ciapala). The town of Selva de Cadore is also very interesting (museum , Ladin mountain village of Santa Lucia)

Albergo situato in un ottima posizione a pochi km dalle piste da sci. Personale molto simpatico è alla mano. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina che è calda e anche una vasca Idro massaggio c'è la possibilità di prenotare la sauna. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante anche il buffet e vario e va dal vegetariano al vegano con la possibilità di ordinare anche piatti fuori meno per i più piccoli e per chi ha intolleranze. Personale in sala molto cordiale e simpatico soprattutto il maître bravissimo.
C'è la possibilità di gustare un buon caffè al bar e delle ottime birre servite da Nicolas. Vicino alla piscina che un mini club per i più piccoli.Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

Abbiamo usufruito della convenzione per la cena e i servizi dell'hotel. Le cene sono state ottime, con un buffet di verdure molto ricco e 5 scelte fra i primi e i secondi. Personale cordiale in sala. Playground interno con animazione molto gradito dai bimbi!
