We have ate and drank in most places in Carloforte and Milkimax has far being the place we returned the most and will continue to return! The appetitive are second to none, nice cocktails and delicious pastries! The patrons are also happy to adapt to our order! Max is helpful and attentive and definitely a valuable asset to Carloforte’s shoreline!

Whatever anyone says, here I eat the best cream croissants in Carloforte. Every holiday it's our favorite breakfast spot (and we've been to them all). Sometimes the staff gets confused, but we are on holiday and we leave the rush at home. The aperitifs are also excellent. See you next year and thank you
