O' Ficciaiuolo In Napoli

05/02/2024: Good taste and digestibility but mediocre experience. Let's start with Environment and Service. I was with friends for lunch during the week, the room was empty and not heated, the temperature was actually a bit low. The staff were very friendly but even though there were only a few of us, we waited at least 30 minutes to receive the pizzas, probably priority was given to takeaway. The pizza has an excellent true Neapolitan taste, the dough was also good and light, a shame about the uneven rolling out, some parts were very thick and consequently less cooked, the pizza received had in fact an oval shape demonstrating the bad rolling up. The price is in line with other pizzerias. I think there is potential, given the kindness of the staff I will try to give it a second chance.

31/01/2024: I'm from Biella (Piedmont) this evening I stopped to eat a real Neapolitan pizza, right from the entrance the welcome was kind and courteous towards me even though it was early (as the Neapolitans say that they eat around 9pm, but it was 7pm when I entered the place)😊The kind but very kind staff recommended the pizza that I can take according to my tastes. In short, I recommend the real Neapolitan pizza to everyone. Thank you all!
