The structure is that of an ancient shop, with very selected products for sale. We shared a platter of very high quality meats and cheeses. Excellent wine itself. Correct expense.

There are only a few tables outside. And then also made a reservation. So you have to be lucky to get a seat and be bold anyway and ask if you can join a table. They still have two windowsill spots. That's where we ended up. It's funny that they also have an outside tap. And you see parents of children passing by, ordering a beer and then walking back to the children's playground across the street. Inside it is packed with food and drinks. The choice is huge. (there are also some hidden tables) And what always matters to me...do they have beer? Yes !!! Lots of choice of special beer. So definitely take the chance that you can win a spot. Or just buy one (preferably several) can of beer and sit somewhere on the square to enjoy it.

Excellent products, especially the cheese platter combined with the hot pizza. I can only give 5 stars to the service. The guy is very competent and kind. The prices are fair considering the quality of the product and the location in the beating heart of Rome. I will definitely return

We found this Enoteca while strolling through the quarter and were overwhelmed by the sheer amount of wine and beer on the shelves. Their cheese selection of 100+ varieties is also to die for. A dangerous place if you love good wine accompanied by delicious nibbles. 😉

Very good dishes, friendly staff. The downside is the slightly high prices for a place that wasn't born as a restaurant. The tables outside are a little uncomfortable, paper napkins. The prices, however, are those of a slightly more refined restaurant. I noticed this disproportion.

I occasionally go there for aperitivo and dinner. When I asked for champagne, the wine glass was served perfectly! We also sell groceries. I like the store and it has a very nice atmosphere.

I returned after years for an aperitif on a Saturday, very crowded outside and on the upper floor, we were diverted to the lower basement floor having not booked. At least 20 minutes passed before someone approached - at our request - to take our orders. Very normal and reduced selection of beers compared to the past, quite unwatchable menus (photocopied and rephotocopied over the years, in black and white) and, above all, on the lower floor there is a lot of humidity and cold, a little too much dust and general decadence in the furnishings . In short, the difference with the upper floor is too accentuated.

Locale particolare e caratteristico a Testaccio, molto affollato, ma si sta benissimo!

Ottima birra e la pinza merita.
