Refreshment point of a well-known restaurant chain, hot and well-prepared food. Good general cleanliness. Friendly staff, shame about the confusion in the room caused by the uncontrolled running of many screaming children, the staff should have pointed out to the "distracted" parents that this was definitely not the way to be in a restaurant where many other people were trying to eat a pleasant dinner . Instead they just watched and shrugged: questionable behavior!

The place is beautiful and well looked after. Unfortunately, the Old Wild West, as far as I'm concerned, is a very low-end fast food chain and the type of food is still of fast food quality. Fast service, cleanliness left a little to be desired (I often got up to get napkins or change forks) and friendly waiters. Overall, among the various points in Ostia and surrounding areas, I recommend this one.

Siamo stati a cena in due e devo dire che a differenza di altri ristoranti della stessa catena siamo stati subito accolti da una ragazza sorridente e solare. È stata fin da subito disponibile e sorridente, dalla scelta del tavolo al chiarimento di qualsiasi dubbio riguardante il menù. La cucina come sempre una garanzia, un plauso al gran canyon mix.

Staff giovane gentile ed accogliente. Bravi!
