Osteria da Baco In Venezia

Wonderful cichetti. The unusual pumpkin flower with mozzarella was a highlight for me. M loved the Chianti and I drank Aperol Spritz. The waiter was even nicer when we returned for another evening and I had an amazing full plate of Prosciutto and M had equally delicious beef Carpaccio. Good value and lots of locals eating there. The bread was also so fresh and delicious.

Very good for simple lunch. Busy with locals. Great food and service

Immer wenn ich in Venedig bin, esse ich in der kleinen, gemütlichen Osteria. Auswahl ist groß an Speisen und Getränken und alles sehr lecker. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und flink. Innen mag ich die Atmosphäre!

Nice place with attentive and welcoming staff, particularly Mr. Gianni, who welcomed us with great kindness. We tried the various cicchetti as mixed and exceptional accompanied by a glass of house red and an Aperol spritz typical of Venice but better than the other places where I personally tried them. I highly recommend the place for all tourists but also for locals.

The first day of our trip we went there to eat, a pizza and a lasagna. It was super delicious. And another day we went for a canolo snack and it was also spectacular. It's small but it's very cozy. The staff is very attentive and tries to keep an eye on you at all times in case you need anything.

Ci siamo recati in questo localino in occasione del carnevale e di domenica, quindi in mezzo a fiumi di gente e nel momento in cui c'è più caos nei ristori. Abbiamo ordinato dei panini e siamo rimasti soddisfatti perché sebbene sia un locale turistico, la qualità di salumi e affettati è ottima, idem le frittelle di carnevale ripiene di crema ,davvero super. Io sono un soggetto gravemente allergico, ma nonostante il caos del momento la signora è stata cortese e comprensiva e si è presa qualche minuto per preparare la mia pietanza in sicurezza, ciò non è scontato in questi ambienti turistici. Inoltre è un'osteria frequentata da gente del posto, clienti abituali, questo ci ha fatto capire che fosse un posto affidabile. Prezzi nella norma trattandosi di Venezia, i panini venivano mediamente 6 euro, i cicchetti avevano un bell'aspetto. Ovviamente il servizio dei camerieri non poteva essere perfetto, perché c'era troppa gente e il locale è minuscolo, ma è assolutamente comprensibile e hanno cercato di essere più rapidi e cortesi possibili. La signora che sta dietro al bancone a preparare i piatti è rapida e super organizzata.
