Nice atmosphere, prices in line with the quality of the food. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe was good, but the tail was disappointing (there was only bone). Service a little rough but maybe it was due to the high crowds

Another opinion about Umberto. I've been visiting this place for years. The highest level. If I could give 10 stars, I would give this place 10 stars. Short menu but extremely delicious. Carbonara is undoubtedly the best in Rome. There's no talk. The price is also attractive. Service at the highest level. Just a homely atmosphere.

This is a quintessential Roman osteria! Wonderful staff and flavors - I really recommend their gnocchi con le spuntature and the seasonal artichoke.

20/02/2024: I went to eat in this delicious restaurant in Calcata, which is located in the central square of Calcata Vecchia (Viterbo). It is run entirely by women, the food is truly excellent from starters to first courses to exquisite desserts. The friendly staff is always smiling. I also highly recommend booking!!!

24/03/2024: Average burger with prices perhaps a little above average, I didn't like the chips, I've eaten better, 33cl beer for €5, so maybe the price is high, everyone is free to choose their own prices but honestly I wouldn't go back €.20 spent on a beer and a hamburger is quite a bit. However, the service is fast and always attentive to the customer, the environment is quiet and conversation is easy.
18/03/2024: It's the second time I've come on an away trip and I have to say that I've always had a good time. The drinks are good, the snacks and burgers are respectable and the staff is friendly. For an evening out with friends I definitely recommend it
