Very good food but terrible service. The waiter was very rude, she seemed annoyed to serve us.

This place is a guarantee: a pleasure for the palate and the view. As a Florentine who loves her city, eating surrounded by Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio is mind-boggling!!! Not to mention the dishes: truffle ravioli, mozzarella in carrozza, fried artichokes etc. A final delicacy is the hot cheese cake: to try and try again. The coffee is even good, and that's not to be taken for granted. Well done!! Keep it up

The first course of black truffle noodles and gravy rice were finished by us before we even had time to take pictures. The gravy rice is highly recommended. It seems simple, moderately salty and has a very rich taste. I used the meal bag to wipe the plate clean. Net 😋. Picture 1 is the must-eat beef in Florence restaurants. The taste of black truffles sprinkled on it is also very unique. We all like it. The cheese cake is unexpectedly delicious, with a rich milky aroma and not as sweet as expected. I am afraid that one person cannot eat such a large piece, so I recommend sharing it with a companion!

A TRUE Tuscan cuisine! Quantity and quality are difficult to find in the center of Florence.

4.5 / 5 would recommend and dine here again. FOOD was very tasty. 1. Baked chicken with white truffle, definitely would recommend. I’m always nervous chicken will be dry, but this one wasn’t. And the white truffle was great. A bit heavy on the sauce but it didn’t take away from the flavor. 2. Spinach, was perfectly seasoned and enough to share for two people. 3. Tiramisu, was great and one I would order again (I’ve eaten a lot of tiramisu and they are not all good, but this one was two thumbs up). SERVICE was great. We arrived early without a reservation and they were able to accommodate. The staff was very attentive and friendly. ATMOSPHERE was lovely on the rooftop. The rooftop was covered due to the time of year (November), but still had a great ambience. And because we arrived so early (6pm), we had the whole place to ourselves before everyone else showed up for dinner. PRICE/VALUE - dinner for two $200+ depending on what you get, but it was worth it (in my opinion), especially considering we had eaten at La Giostra the night before and the food wasn’t good and the experience was not worth the hype. Overall - I would surely come back and recommend to others.

The truffles are delicious. I must order them every time I come here. Ossobuco is delicious but a little salty, so it’s better served with rice The cheesecake is also great. Highly recommended.

Ristorante sul roof top dell'Hotel Hermitage all'angolo di Ponte Vecchio, in vicolo Marzio n.1; pranzo su una terrazza dallo spazio raccolto ma non angusto, circondati da gente ma non affollato, menù vario con una sezione completamente dedicata a piatti con tartufo nero. Cheese cake e zuppa inglese fantastiche, sarà che c'era il sole e la temperatura perfetta, ma pur essendo di Firenze l'ho trovato splendido. Il conto pizzica...ma ne vale la pena. D'estate la sera deve essere un altro vero spettacolo! Che chicca!

Numero 1 nella vecchia location... La nuova molto peggio.

Il ristorante è all’ultimo piano di un hotel e non è altro che una terrazza che però d’inverno è chiusa da teli in plastica. All’Interno per il freddo sono posizionate delle stufe a fungo. Alla sala quindi do zero. Il servizio un po’ troppo invadente nel suggerire solo il cibo e vini costosi. La cucina invece buona ma non buonissima. Abbiamo ordinato la classica Fiorentina ma ci è arrivata tutta tagliata stile carpaccio quindi senza osso ha perso tutta la particolarità. Buona la mozzarella su crema di pecorino e tartufo. Non lo suggerirei
