We had a great time, small but very pleasant and familiar environment. The food was excellent and of excellent quality.
If I can make one note it is on the price of the first courses. Three fantastic tagliatelle with Chianina sauce... but 15 euros per dish seems a bit high to me.
However we will definitely be back.

Cibo ottimo servizio ottimo, ambiente piccolo e ben raccolto,... Peccato che ci sono quei 10 -15 euro in più che stonano e che inducono i clienti a non tornare ... Capisco il caro vita ma con queste cifre vado in ristoranti ben più importanti e non da trattoria ... PECCATO ..

Taglieri giusti,crostini,ribollita,zuppa di cipolle coda di manzo, chianti della zona e accento toscano.
Piacevolissima cena in un piccolo locale pieno di clienti affamati.

We stopped in for lunch in hopes of getting a table because I'd seen they had Ribollita on their menu. We got lucky they had a table reserved for later that they could squeeze us into. Enjoyed it so much and saw so many other dishes we wanted to try that we made a reservation for dinner also. Enjoyed everything we ate there - the Ribollita, Appetizers, Pastas (think between the three of us across two meals we had them all), Gnudi, Steak, Contorni. Unreservedly recommend.

Caruccio nel senso del prezzo. Si trova al centro per cui raggiungibile a piedi e il locale interno nn è molto grande. Direi più costoso il coperto e bevande rispetto ad ad altre trattorie. Sicuramente la partecipazione al programma tv gli ha portato notorietà ma ha influito su questo. È vero che abbiamo preso delle pietanze al tartufo ma non era profumato e a mio giudizio le tagliatelle hanno avuto un rinforzo di olio. Meglio il piatto del giorno consigliato dal cameriere. I paccheri con burrata, speck e pistacchi e tartufo grattugiati in uscita. Infine il piatto forte del ristorante i fegatelli, comunque buono. Nel complesso positivo ma non ci tornerei
