When we come back early from work and don't want to go back straight away we stop by to pamper ourselves with a spritz, but also when we want to spend a nice evening it's one of our points of reference. Very nice place, romantically hidden in the alleys of Palestrina, welcoming and with trained and kind staff. The refinement of the ingredients is marvelous and naturally the dishes receive due success at the table! Recommended for a romantic dinner🥰 The parking in the square a few meters away is convenient and also allows you to take a short walk.

We booked a table for two on a Friday evening. The place is very nice and well-kept. I had a fried artichoke, tordi matti (grilled horse meat rolls), chicory and tiramisu. Honestly, I find it difficult to say which was the best of the four, all the dishes were delicious.

What certainly struck me was the starter, really good with excellent products... the first courses were not excellent... lukewarm ravioli, in fact some were almost cold... the mushroom fettuccine had a little bit of earth... .sometimes you could smell some specks...good sweets Overall, however, the opinion is positive...

Excellent restaurant, both in terms of food quality and welcoming atmosphere. Dishes of the right quantity and beautiful also from an aesthetic point of view. Fair prices and still average. Very kind staff.

04/04/2024: Just got up from the delightful outdoor table under a splendid sun. We ended up at the Reflettorio dei Colli following the reviews we read on the internet and I must say that the positive ones are all well deserved! We ate really well. Since it was Thursday, we were offered gnocchi with amatriciana sauce (one of the best eaten lately) and as a second course we took the two versions of meatballs (with sauce with parmesan and pumpkin and white wine). As side dishes, sautéed broccoli (it reminded me of my grandmother's!) and real baked potatoes! We concluded with a true masterpiece: apple pie and eggnog (also a childhood memory because it was homemade!) We would have eaten six more slices! All very good, perfect portions, excellent quality-price. Really friendly staff. From today the Reflettorio dei Colli has two more customers!
