The family box is excellent on Friday evenings and the Sicilian specialties on Saturdays... but every day you can find many types of bread and focaccias and they are all spectacular!!! Over the top for me!!!

Premesso che sono un gourmet, il forno propone una ottima selezione di pane toscano ,con varianti sciocche e con molte varietà di farine. Tutti di ottima fattura e gusto. Meravigliosi i panini al latte. Manca sono il pane a cassetta da sandwich. I dolci ,sono in parte di tendenza della cultura sicilina. Meravigliose le brioche, sicuramente le migliori della zona viareggina. Stupendi gli arancini. Gabriele

Availability and kindness at the TOP. Excellent desserts. Bread all very good. Amazing pizzas and focaccias. It's a shame they don't make brioches anymore, they were fabulous. We want them back loudly. I buy bread and focaccia, take them home and freeze them in San Candido where I live. I only use their bread. The milk sandwiches, I fill them with jam, exceptional. Once defrosted they come back as freshly baked. Sliced, 4, then toasted, they are always fabulous with jam. Ineguaglialibe the "SHOOKY" bread. New experience, PANETTONE and more. Are you looking for genuine authentic flavors and smells? I have always eaten bland, so I have a particularly sensitive palate that allows me to feel the tastes and aftertastes. If I, who have very little time, dedicate time to writing reviews it means that they truly deserve it. Excellent bread and pizzas. I travel a lot and buy Neapolitan pizzas from the oven, and keep them on the dashboard to warm up. Aside from the heady scent that floods the passenger compartment, the very hot pizzas express their aromas and flavours. Lately they have started serving Sicilian arancini. Exceptional. We want to talk about Sicilian cannoli made at the moment as you see fit. But the best, the one that projects them into the Olympus of tastes with an unbeatable level is panettone. The perfume, the flavors and the components of the highest absolute quality. Candied fruit and raisins which it is filled with create a harmony of flavors and aromas unique in the world in a dessert. I live where excellent panettone is made by bakeries, but this is on another level, something else.
