We came across it almost by chance, the place was closing, but the staff welcomed us with extreme availability and we ate an exceptional pizza by the slice! We tried multiple flavors, one better than the other. Also there
Roman pizza with superlative mortadella! Outside there are tables for standing eating.
Prices above average, but for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff it's worth it!

I go there exclusively for the Pasquale cheese pizza. Excellent quality of raw materials and excellent dough. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Too bad it's out of my way otherwise I'd go there for other baked goods too.

A-mazing! If you’re visiting the Vatican Museum in the morning make your way here for a great lunch - don’t expect tables - this is Italian fast food at its best. The suppli’ are delicious and the pizza and stuffed focaccia are made with fresh and tasty ingredients. Bravissimi!!

The food is very good, there is a lot of variety regarding the bread, a little less for the pizza, I took three different types of pizza all very good, the focaccia was like a cloud, however the ripana was very crunchy and the filling was very good, then I took a portion of baked potatoes and a piece of casatiello, both very good, but the potatoes were the best I have ever eaten, then I took a normal supplì and a nduja and mozzarella and a small bottle of water.
The two of us spent €40, the casatiello was too expensive, but it was worth it.
The boy who was serving us couldn't tell us the differences between the doughs.

Panificio Bonci in Rome offers an extraordinary tasting experience with its take-away pizzas served at the counter. The quality of the pizzas is unquestionable and fully meets the expectations of lovers of good pizza. However, I must note that the service could be improved in terms of efficiency and courtesy. During my visit, I noticed some gaps in the organization of the counter service, which could be addressed to ensure greater customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the cleaning of the service area could be more careful to ensure an impeccable environment. Despite these small points to improve, the Bonci bakery remains an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy high-quality takeaway pizzas in Rome.

It is very popular with tourists visiting the Vatican, which is just a few steps away.
It is a bakery that is not just this, but much more!
Bread, desserts, pizza.
The goodness of their products and the aromas already make your mouth water when you enter, even better when you manage to bite into something!
We chose the pizza by the slice for a quick snack.
Prices a little high, fast service.

Locale storico e conosciutissimo. La pizza a taglio è nei gusti tradizionali ma molto buona (specie se appena uscita). Ottimi anche i supplì ed i fritti in generale. Occorre fare un po' di fila ma ne vale la pena.
