My father and mother came here 40 years ago, I was a child, I remember perfectly the taste of that butter, that soppressa, that wood-fired bread cleaned with a cloth before selling it. Everything remained as before. Even the owners who unfortunately now want to give up. These mountain cottages are precious and should be preserved as is done with rare flower species. Get ready for the original taste of the past. Be careful of the prices you will accept that are above the norm.
