Beautiful welcome, in a location that is in all respects extraordinary, if not for the service provided by the waitress Wendy who was truly very rude and arrogant, nothing to say about Daniele, an excellent, very professional waiter.

It's been about 2 years since my wife and I escaped from Rome and ended up in Capena. The first thing our neighbors recommended to us was the Forno Francellini. No piece of advice has been the most apt. Rarely in Rome can you find a bakery with such a varied offering. Furthermore, the bread is always fresh and freshly baked. The offer is then surrounded by various pizzas by the slice including the white one (stupendous) which is stuffed with mortadella or porchetta (sublime!). Then savory croissants stuffed with cheese and pepper, classic matriciana, courgette flowers, fried cod... a wine cellar completes everything and in the morning as well as cakes, puff pastry croissants, which I didn't know about... it's not a rotisserie... and an oven. At lunchtime Francellini provides tables in the shade of the olive trees for a quick work snack.

I ate an exceptional blackberry tart! I love tarts but I devoured theirs: the dough is excellent and the jam is delicious. Compliments

We attended a birthday party organized in this venue for a 5 year old girl. Easy to get to and with ample parking. It is spread over two floors, the first where there is a counter for purchasing products and where there are tables for consuming. The second where I believe they organize events can also be reached with an internal lift. The structure is modern and clean and also has an outdoor area where you can sit. The birthday was celebrated on the second floor where in a separate room the children played, entertained by an entertainer, while parents could monitor them from the tables and sofas while they ate. Nothing to say about the products, all very fresh and delicious. The only flaw, at least that day, was a bit of disorganization in managing the needs of the adults and in serving the cake which however was really very good. I can't judge the price as I am a guest but even if it were slightly high it would be in line with the quality. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Delizioso forno con notevole impatto visivo per l'esposizione accurata e per la trasparenza dei vetri che mostrano forno e produzione. Prodotti di eccellente fattura e gusto prelibato. Servizio piuttosto efficiente ma zero simpatia

Per la prima volta ho fatto colazione da Francellini, anche se ho aspettato 20 minuti al tavolo posso dire he i cornetti sono ottimi ed il cappuccino uno dei migliori. Sembra facile fare il cappuccino ma non tutti sono capaci. Bravi. Il servizio al tavolo è ottimo le ragazze sono molto gentili.

Panificio ultra fornito. Dal pane alla pizza, passando x i fritti e dolci vari, tutto sempre fresco e buonissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po' superiore alla media, ma x i tempi che attraversiamo lo ritengo appropriato. Aggiungo che c'è un grande giardino, con tavoli e panche x poter mangiare sotto alberi di ulivi.
