We found this trattoria almost by chance, small with only six tables, very friendly cook, assistant cook and waitress, warm and welcoming intimate location, we had bruschetta, tortelli with baby food, spaghetti with guitar 🎸, dessert 🍰 made by them, good good ones.

Ogni piatto è delizioso, particolare cura sulla scelta degli ingredienti, cucina molto semplice, ma originale(Sara ❤️), personale gentilissimo e professionale, ottima anche la carta dei vini, dovete provare assolutamente tutto il menù che cambia continuamente, non potete non provare, poi amerete per sempre questo ristorante. Peccato che ci siano solo cinque stelline, ne vale 10

Vorrei ringraziare Sara ed il suo staff che ieri sera hanno realizzato il mio banchetto di nozze, oltre all'ottimo cibo un ambiente favoloso e familiare che ha reso la nostra cerimonia davvero importante.

19/03/2024: Top service, excellent food and large portions, excellent value for money! Considering the increase in prices now, I really recommend this restaurant, plus it's beautiful ❤️
25/02/2024: Apollinare was a truly pleasant experience. This restaurant is located in the historic center of Spoleto, it is easy and convenient to reach even by car. The place is very intimate and elegant, it is dimly lit but this suits the overall atmosphere. As an appetizer I tried the typical local cod, very delicate and crunchy but not very tasty. Then we ate two first courses, duck plin, a particular type of pasta with an exquisite parmesan foam, and tortelloni filled with burrata with truffle and cherry tomato cream, both very good and tasty. For the second course we took a beef fillet with truffle, the meat was very tender and of excellent quality. The staff is very attentive and trained, but personally I found them a little cold in their relationship with the customer. Overall it is a good restaurant to eat good quality food.

02/04/2024: I went for Easter Monday lunch with some friends. Good starters of cured meats, Coratella and Tartare. The gnocchi with goat's cheese and truffle are good. The dessert is good. Good service. Well done
