Passione Pizza In Cuneo

The premise is that all the awards and recognitions won by this pizzeria are deserved, from first to last. The environment, enlivened by the classic Vietri-type ceramics, gives a further touch of "Neapolitanness". The prices are in line with those of other pizzerias in Cuneo. You can also find all the classic treats of Neapolitan "street food" (cuoppi, zeppole, etc.). The pizza: really good, as can only be found in some historic places in Naples and its surroundings. Digestible, excellent ingredients, "cornice" with small bubbles, in a workmanlike manner. Highly recommended. The fried pizza, which I ate on another occasion, is unrivalled. I say heresy: it surpasses the best fried pizzas eaten in Naples. But...there is a small "but". The oven is not heated with wood, but with gas (I imagine for practical reasons, and/or for legal reasons). This doesn't lower the quality of the product at all, but I would be curious to taste such a good pizza cooked in "its" oven par excellence. In fairness it must be said that, before taking a fleeting glance at the oven when it was time to pay, I hadn't noticed it at all. Having said that, congratulations and keep up the good work.

Mi hanno portato a Napoli in un batter d'occhio queste pizze con il cornicione alto e soffice e la farcitura con un'ottima fiordilatte di Agerola, davvero buonissime! Servizio efficiente e gentile da non perdere!

Davvero gradevole l'impatto con questa pizzeria: non grande, pulitissima, tutta ricoperta di belle maioliche dai colori mediterranei giallo e blu. I tavolini piuttosto piccoli e troppo ravvicinati però "bloccano" un po' conversazione e confidenza, specie se sono tutti occupati... Il personale è sempre gentile, pronto e chiaro nel fornire informazioni sui piatti. La pizza è la napoletana classica: bordo alto e piacevolmente alveolata. Il must sono però i fritti napoletani, difficilmente sperimentabili altrove: zuppollelle, panzarotti, o' cuoppo, le pizze fritte, il panuozzo... Prezzi un po' sopra la media (margherita a 7 euro, parmigiana a 9, impasto multicereali + 2, birra media 6, piccola 4,50, caffè 2...). Certamente un locale da provare, specie se non troppo affollato e rumoroso... ma e difficile che accada!
