One of the best pasta places in the world. We had many kinds as kept returning there for lunch and all of the dishes were splendid - the pasta is made at the spot, everything is super.frash, made with local top quality products and the service is super nice and quick. You can eat at the spot on the other side of the street at the table if you order your drinks there or you can grab some pasta for take away.

Mandatory stop every time I'm in Bologna! Fresh pasta cooked on the spot, exceptional quality and generous portions! To eat there are tables outside and inside the nearby bar where you can sit and order a drink (water, coke etc) If you haven't tried it yet, don't hesitate any longer!

Pasta fresca superlativa. Cavatelli con broccoli superlativi! Balanzoni con crema di parmigiano squisiti!. Ti portano una vaschetta di plastica con dentro il piatto caldo da poter consumare seduto su una panchina o sotto il portico al tavolino del bar. Assolutamente da provare

Abbiamo mangiato dei tagliolini al ragù e delle lasagne entrambe con un ragù molto rosso rispetto alla tradizione bolognese. Consideriamo che devi mangiare in piedi o su tavoli del bar di fronte, in packaging di plastica e posate di plastica a pagamento come se fosse un coperto. I tortellini sfusi a 40€/kg. Forse troppo caro per un pastificio.

23/03/2024: I usually rely on locals' recommendations, and this place isn't on the typical tourist path. I wanted to try as many local dishes as possible, so I asked if they could serve half portions, which they happily agreed to. The waiter suggested some must-try dishes: Tagliatelle al ragu (Bolognese), Tortelloni with butter and sage, Tortellini in broth, and risotto with artichoke. Let me describe each dish simply: The Tagliatelle was outstanding, the Tortellini was good but a bit dry, Tortellini in broth is an acquired taste, and the risotto had a rich, flavorful artichoke taste that made me doubt they added essence. Overall, my experience was fantastic—the service and wine recommendation were spot-on. I highly recommend this place.

01/04/2024: We stayed for 2 days Easter and Easter Monday; at Easter we had an excellent aperitif drinking some good and balanced cocktails. On Easter Monday we had lunch and found kindness and professionalism in the dining room staff, combined with the excellent refined cuisine and emphasis should be placed on the homemade pasta. The inn is also immersed in a beautiful green environment and puts the icing on the cake in the visit we had the pleasure of making in the Apennines.
