Ribadendo la mia ammirazione per questo bar, forse il più bello di Faenza, meritevole di lode sia per quanto riguarda i prodotti che per quanto riguarda il personale, vorrei sapere quale problema abbia tale Jib Bones: se i prodotti della suddetta pasticceria non le aggradano è sufficiente andare altrove... Sperare in una terza alluvione... ma siamo impazziti??? Attenzione, perché quando auguriamo il male succede che poi il karma ci venga a prendere a casa. Evidentemente questa persona non sa cosa significhi avere un obiettivo e fare sacrifici per perseguirlo. E da come parla non è nemmeno stata toccata dall'alluvione. Si trasferisca in Thailandia se le piace tanto, gli ignoranti qua non sono ben visti. Che si vergogni!!

Tanti complimenti innanzitutto per aver riaperto dopo l'alluvione. Sono ancora ben visibili i segni nel locale ed apprezzo che sia stato appositamente (o meno) scelto di non nascondere ciò che è successo. Il locale è molto pulito e ordinato, il laboratorio a viste e i dolci sono ben ordinati. I prezzi alti rapportati all'elaborazione delle proposte. Ho trovato abbinamenti fantasiosi e interessanti e mi ha colpito molto il gusto intenso di ogni singolo mignon. Nonostante la piccola dimensione sanno saziare e levare la voglia di dolce. Mi sembrano molto interessanti le torte e sicuramente avrò modo in futuro di provarle, contando sul fatto che farò bella figura.
