Delicious and refined pastries I was able to taste some of their products, dry biscuits and panettone during the holidays: EXCELLENT! The biscuits are very crumbly and melt in your mouth, the cookies in particular have an initial crunchiness and then almost disappear, leaving the taste of the chocolate and butter pieces to finish the bite. The (classic) panettone is amazing, soft but firm, slightly moist, fragrant and full of candied fruit. Honorable mention to the white chocolate and red fruit panettone in jar cooking, a real surprise. In a vacuum-packed glass jar that can be easily heated, before opening it and releasing all the aromas it is capable of, wonderful and even more wonderful, delicious! Great attention to detail, from takeaway packaging to the choice of colours. Thank you for working with this passion
