Illy coffee is already a guarantee for which they are very good at preparing the hood. Also excellent for lunch. Brioches: very close to those of the past....

Pasticceria Bolla moved here with all the wisdom of decades of activity. The location has been maintained in its original spirit, adding catering as a service, continuing the tradition of Arte Lyceum as a point of reference in the historic center. A breakfast here is a must, meeting the needs of tourists for the continental one. A must!

Ci siamo fermate in questa pasticceria per comprare uno snack veloce da portare via. Abbiamo optato per un cornetto al carbone attivo che era delizioso! Era ben lievitato, morbido e con un buon aroma di agrumi. Purtroppo il servizio non è stato dello stesso livello, il cassiera era molto distratto e non troppo cordiale. Nel locale ci sono dei tavoli per la consumazione sul posto ma la stanza risulta davvero molto rumorosa. Consiglio di gustare i loro pasticcini a casa.

03/09/2023: We had a very enjoyable two course Dinner. It’s a lovely ambiance as the sun goes down behind the hills opposite and day turns into night. Both food and service were good. We both had the crispy cannoli dessert which was very good. Generally we don’t find we get on that well with desserts in Italy but this was a welcome surprise! The restaurant is part of a luxury hotel but, as outsiders, we still felt very welcome and were allocated a nice table.
19/08/2023: What a lovely reason to take the ferry from Verano to Bellagio for the day. Lunch was perfect, relaxing and delicious. I had the ravioli. My husband had the goose. We started with the anchovies, romaine lettuce black bread and butter flavored with grilled pepper. For dessert we had the spiced Genoa cake with caramelized bananas with coconut sorbet. The food was amazing. The wait staff lovely snd attentive. This was the reason for the ferry ride here. The walk from the ferry ride for some shopping my husband was happily short.

04/03/2024: We went there because the place we usually go to was closed and we were pleasantly surprised. I preferred to eat a normal pizza while the other person ate some Chinese dishes.
