12/03/2024: My stay at the Grand Hotel Biancaneve was more than satisfactory. I was deeply enthusiastic about the experience, so much so that I found it extremely useful to share my opinions with other travellers. Upon arrival I had no problems with the reception staff. The welcome was warm and professional; check-in was quick so you could get to your room right away. The room was clean and well looked after, the bathroom was also perfectly clean and equipped with the expected body care products. The variety and quality of the dishes at lunch and dinner did not disappoint expectations as the results were tasty and appreciated. The products offered for breakfast were also as expected and were quite varied in their offering. Even room service was satisfactory; requests for a few extra things, such as additional towels and a blanket, were promptly fulfilled. In summary, I can recommend this hotel to everyone whether individuals or groups of family or friends. The experience was extremely positive in many aspects, from service to hygiene to the quality of breakfast.
