Visited late September. I spotted this cake shop from across the road as I needed a break from walking so much and needed to quench my thirst. The place is quite small inside. So yes definitely it’s better as a takeaway however there are a couple of tables and I was lucky to sit at one and rest my legs. The strawberry granita was delicious, a bit on the sweet side, and the cake was pretty good too with the tasty fragrant strawberries (so much better than the large tasteless strawberries back home :( and as you can see from the photo. Good service. I’d be very happy to return.

30/03/2024: Great homemade food and very well priced, it gives you a break after how expensive everything is in the rest of the town. We tried the melazzane, the lasagna and for dessert the tiramisu (homemade made to order), all exquisite! Antonio was also very nice, it didn't take long to serve us the food. We were sitting on the terrace, it was a very pleasant night.
26/03/2024: We enjoyed ourselves in this restaurant located in a small street sheltered from the waves of tourists. Everything was delicious and we were very well received! Special mention for the Sicilian antipasti, a real treat after a good day wandering the streets of Taormina 😊

03/03/2024: Stunning seafront location with outdoor tables, the interior is a bit sacrificed compared to the unrealistic number of seats provided. Discreet but not exceptional food and, without prejudice to the quality, even the quantity of the raw material, perhaps, suffers from the ambitions mentioned above, which is why a calarata with baby octopus can become a plate of pasta with fish-flavoured sauce with glutamate (and only a few traces of baby octopus). Slow, imprecise, approximate service despite the individual efforts and good will of the individual employees in reduced numbers compared to needs. . Average prices but quality-price ratio tending towards low. It is advisable to focus on quality rather than quantity (fewer covers - better service - better overall quality).
