Pasticceria Sorarù In Vicenza

Scoperta per caso passeggiando senza particolare meta in città. Una mattina invernale meravigliosamente limpida dove i raggi del sole evidenziano ogni particolare dei “gioielli” di Vicenza….e questa pasticceria è una chicca storica che merita una tappa. Caffè e fagottino tiepido con mele e pasta di mandorle OTTIMO, personale sorridente in un ambiente che profuma di storia. Finalmente lontano da quei locali tutto vetro e legno essenziali dove, bellissimo tutto, ma senza anima, senza carattere…..sono tutti uguali, come i negozi in franchising che rendono le città tutte simili, prive di personalità. Questa è una pasticceria unica e meravigliosa.

A place with a retro charm, located behind the Palladian basilica. Very beautiful to admire, it's a shame not to be able to stay inside for longer due to the lack of tables, not due to their choice but because space does not allow it.

Entri in un locale e trovi il sorriso gentile e ormai familiare di una ragazza in piedi la mattina presto, che ti serve una delizia con l’ingrediente umano della cordialità. La gentilezza e l’empatia sono l’eterno ritorno dell’uguale di cui l’essere umano si nutre.

The specialty is Sacher which they make in an amazing way in this place. But the other desserts and the coffee also deserve praise without a shadow of a doubt. Fantastic pastry shop!

Not to mention that even the eye will be able to enjoy the view of the small square on which the shop overlooks, the view of the Palladian Basilica, the statue of Andrea Palladio, the placid coming and going of the people of Vicenza, the antique furnishings of the pastry shop. The sessions are outside the venue, which is very small inside, you need to arm yourself with patience, but it's worth it.
