Friendliness of the lady who always receives you with a smile. I got a very good and soft Venetian for Christmas. I also recommend the pizza and focaccia.

Bakery/Pastry shop that stands out for the quality of its bread, its courtesy and its excellent pastries. In particular, the tarts are extraordinary, superior in taste and raw materials to those of all the other pastry chefs in Milan (even famous ones) tried so far.
