Supreme price quality and above all the staff are human like all of us and can have a bad day regardless of whether they are in contact with the public or not. It is one of the oldest pastry shops in the historic center of Ravenna and if it continues to move forward thanks to the solid roots that La Mariolina has left towards its heirs and thanks also to them who continue to keep the place alive and welcoming to its historical customers and Not!!

Strategically located in the heart of the shopping district, this historical pastry store has been around since the mid 1800’s. The interior underwent a major makeover a few years ago, making it easier to get a glimpse of the massive array of treats available throughout the day, from small biscuits, savoury pastry, all the way to cakes and specialty pies. It is incredibly popular with locals too, and the seating area gets easily crammed. There is a nice yet small outdoor seating option outdoor, directly facing a mostly-pedestrian street. The quality is really high, as much as the friendly service and relaxed attitude.

The best pasticceria I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The quality and variety of cakes and pastries is second to none. Coffee is superb and it has a reputation for providing the best in Ravenna. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Great toasted sandwiches too!

Lo zabaione più buono di Ravenna, senza dubbio!

Abbiamo assaggiato solo il dolce ed è risultato una vera bomba, freschi e gustosi. Personale cordiale e prezzi nella media. Bisogna tornarci per il salato.

Sono andato alla pasticceria Veneziana incuriosito dalla trasmissione cake star. Il locale si trova in pieno centro storico a Ravenna. La pasticceria è piccola ma carina e ben tenuta. Sono entrato una domenica pomeriggio verso le 14,30 e devo dire che le vetrine erano comprensibilmente un po’ scarne. Ho comunque gustato dei buoni pasticcini ed un buon maritozzo con la panna. Nulla di trascendentale ma tutto buono. Così così il personale. Due ragazze gentili ma che tutto il tempo facevano gossip su questo e su quello. Poi, con altri clienti entrati dopo di noi, si sono anche lamentati del disordine lasciato nella pasticceria dalle colleghe del turno del mattino. Poco professionali secondo me. 2 caffè, 5 mignon e 2 maritozzi con panna 14€.
