The products are excellent but as long as there are people at the counter who go in slow motion to make a cappuccino or write a receipt and take forever, I think it's all useless. P.s. I came 3 times and always the same story with different people each time.

Returning from holidays in Alto Adige, we stopped at this pastry shop for breakfast.... due to the short time we spent there, I give five stars to the place itself for order and cleanliness, and obviously five stars for the staff, there was a boy who welcomed us with such kindness and availability, really compliments to him and to all the staff, for their professionalism and for the smiles they have for every customer, it's rare these days, congratulations again, very good!!!!!
