Patrizia is a truly wonderful host and great teacher. She made us feel as if we’d known her forever. The food she taught us to make was fantastic. And, the food she cooked…. Delicious!! I didn’t want to leave. I’d recommend her very highly!! It will be a special experience.
We experienced a cooking class with Patrizia in her beautiful home. There were were seven of us - 3 senior adults and 4 college age students. We learned how to make pasta - ravioli and fettuccine - from scratch! Patrizia was wonderful and we ate a delicious meal. Patrizia is worthy of TEN stars!
