All very beautiful. Easy to reach, parking, excellent environment and furnishings. Beer poured out very well, the Trieste cooked ham with kren is very good. The macarons we bought to take away were also excellent. Meh... There's always a Meh unfortunately. And it is the kindness and friendliness of the staff that I found very detached and cold. I stopped for a lunch break in the company of a good book and a good pizza. I found a welcoming environment even if it was very crowded (obviously I wasn't the only person on my lunch break), the food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only slightly negative side is that it closes at 2pm, which is all in all understandable given that it is mainly a pastry shop

Paussa's Bakery è un ottimo luogo per deliziosi prodotti da forno. I loro dolci sono irresistibili, e la varietà di pane è eccezionale. Il parcheggio comodo rende la visita ancora più piacevole. È un ottimo ritrovo con amici o il luogo perfetto per iniziare la giornata con una colazione deliziosa. Il personale è sempre cordiale e accogliente, contribuendo a creare un'esperienza davvero positiva. Consigliato vivamente! 🍞🍰☕

31/03/2024: What a nice food, just stopped there for a snack during our trip on the highway. And the place was full. The food was amazing, the ingredients are fresh and of a high quality and the place is ran by a family, the father cooks with passion and the rest helps. I can only recommend if you’re passing by Triest to stop there.
20/03/2024: We always get the pizza... excellent.
