We had dinner at this restaurant on Easter evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was no fixed menu but free choice à la carte. Everything we ate was excellent, plentiful and served quickly. The white focaccia sliced ​​instead of bread is excellent, the first and second courses typical of the Roman tradition are excellent, the desserts are excellent. Another thing that struck us is the owner's philosophy of not charging a cover charge. The owner and his staff are really kind and friendly. Honest prices. Thanks from the Marche group, if we return to Rome we will definitely stop by to taste your specialties.

Lovely little Roman restaurant. Service staff very accommodating and helpful. Food was great other than a few items on the menu not being available at the time but the food we did try was more than adequate.

Delightful tavern with truly excellent Roman cuisine. Fabulous amatriciana but the carbonara is also worth it. Highly recommended.

Excellent tripe and pecorino half sleeves. Typical Roman cuisine, at fairly reasonable prices. Inside the place it's a bit sad. There is paid parking next door

Locale piccolo ma carino Mancavano alcuni piatti del menù Bruschetta senza molto sapore fritto buono. Servizio manca del calore Romane ma comunque è rapido. Gricia un po' troppo salata.

Siamo capitati per caso da Picchiapo’. Cacio e pepe molto buona ma carbonara superlativa. Saltimbocca alla romana veramente eccezionali. Torneremo il prima possibile…tipo domani sera.

07/05/2024: My friend and I took the tasting menu with wine, I the regular menu (€115) and my friend the vegetarian tasting menu (€99). The restaurant serves very tasty food, all the dishes, without exception, were superbly executed and delicious. But none of the dishes knocked us off our seats. In addition, the service experience was very mediocre, the waiters (who do not speak English well), had difficulty and got confused several times in the description of the dishes and switched between the vegetarian dishes and those that were not, they were not available and serviceable enough, as expected from a Michelin restaurant. The wine was great, again, not crazy, but matched the dishes. Overall a reasonable experience but not necessarily worth the price.
24/04/2024: We had an exceptional time. I taste amazing. The perfect and attentive service We hear that they are looking for the second star. This would be deserved Thank you for everything for letting my wife travel for her 40th birthday. We'll be back .
