The pinzeria was much appreciated, soft, tasty and well-filled tongs. The choice is excellent, there is something for all tastes, the menu is very varied, perhaps too much so. Worthy of note is the attention they pay to celiacs, all the tongs are also gluten-free, absolutely no small feat, even the chips are cooked separately to avoid contamination. Highly recommended. The place is simple and spartan, with little aesthetics but a lot of substance, average prices for the historic centre, attentive service but when I was there the place was not very crowded.

Excellent experience, even the gluten free bread made by them is delicious, both the sandwiches and the pinsa are good, to be repeated on a next trip to Perugia.

Locale semplice , tutti i prodotti sono senza glutine. Molto buona la pinsa romana e gli hamburger. Molto soddisfatti.

Perfetto, tutto ottimo e abbondante, senza glutine buonissimo e ampia scelta. Ottime birre con e senza glutine. Personale attento, disponibile e cortese.
