I recommend this place to everyone, where you can eat really well. You will find here what you cannot find in any other place. I recommend fagottini with various fillings. Soooo good! If you want fullfilling street food it is the place I recomment zuccini flowers pastry with cheese and a hot dog with potatoes!

Amazing bakeries!!!!! The best buns with zucchini flower I've ever had! And the owner is super friendly and speaks many languages 😊 you can also pay with both card and phone. I will come back if I ever have a chance to do so!

05/04/2024: Excellent pizza, Roman, crunchy, well seasoned. The good supplies. Excellent service, a little too slow. We went just before 8pm. Dirty tablecloth. Maybe because they will do 3 or 4 shifts. But the pizza... Excellent.
03/04/2024: One of the best Pizzas I ate in my life. Very friendly service, in a central location. Also the price to value ratio is unmatched. I will come here again!

03/04/2024: Every time I come to Rome, it is certain that I will return to Eau Vive. The reasons: 1) a kind, smiling, relaxed welcome 2) excellent food, tasty but also light and digestible 3) good value for money
02/04/2024: A restaurant run by nuns whose main menu is French cuisine. I don't know what French cuisine is like, but every dish served here was so delicious. In particular, the cooking method that brought out the flavor of the ingredients and the strength of the liver to suit Korean tastes was excellent. Even the Western cuisine I've tried anywhere in South America, America, Germany, or Italy couldn't match the taste here. Above all, the emotion I feel after finishing my meal and praying with the nuns is an added blessing.
