Pizza_Futura In Ravenna

The pizza, unfortunately, wasn't quite to my taste. It was a bit overloaded with meat, which overpowered the fresh ingredients I usually enjoy on a pizza. However, the wine list offered some great options, and I found a delicious and well-priced bottle. The dessert was also fantastic! I was a little surprised that the waitress, who seemed young, wasn't able to communicate in English, but it wasn't a major issue.

Apart from the slightly small environment, everything else was really excellent. Impeccable welcome and service and the pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 is super tasty.

I appreciate the evident quality of the ingredients and the excellent workmanship of the dough (which is beautifully honeycombed and digestible), but I found the ingredients poorly balanced, for example in the sausage and broccoli pizza there was an excessive quantity of fennel seeds which covered everything the other flavors, ditto in the pizza with cicoli, where the lemon zest covered the rest too much or in the pizza with blackberry and onion where the almonds were too peppery. In my opinion, a little more lightness is needed in adding the stronger flavors that make the pizzas characteristic. I reserve the right to return and change my opinion by trying others, perhaps the more classic ones. Very kind staff and honest prices.

Delicious ''PURPLE'' pizza. High quality raw materials. Lots of imagination and originality in all creations. Young and motivated management. Prices varied and adapted to the different proposals. It was a pleasant discovery.

Ottima pizza, servizio attento, birra all'altezza, prezzi giusti. Il personale costituito da ragazzi e ragazze è stato molto gentile e pronto ad accogliere una nostra necessità: far spegnere le candeline di compleanno a nostro figlio. Anche il dessert era molto buono. Il locale carino e accattivante, solo un po'...chiassoso per la conformazione, anche se mi rendo conto che una pizzeria al pieno di clienti difficilmente è silenziosa!

Pizza davvero molto buona, sono rimasta molto contenta perché solitamente dopo una cena in pizzeria mi sento sempre gonfia o appesantita cosa che qui non è successa. Ho provato impasto integrale perché purtroppo quello al farro era terminato, ed era davvero buono, soffice e non pesante. Condimenti giusti, e abbinamenti speciali. Peccato per i tempi di attesa, forse un ora per due pizze e un po’ eccessivo, ma nonostante questo ci tornerò sicuramente
