Pizzeria Al Fogolar In Paularo

I'll start by saying that this will be the third review of my life, I feel compelled to do it, because it's absolutely worth it! I have been a pizza chef for several years. My partner discovered this place thanks to some of her work colleagues. Never a greater discovery! Simple, welcoming and very well heated room. Exceptional staff is an understatement with Sabrina in command of the room and Sara, behind the oven with the staff: Daniel. Noteworthy pizzas with a "contemporary Neapolitan" style dough with a unique digestibility. (bear in mind that I finished the pizza in half an hour and had already digested it three times). What can I say: you are writing and continue to write a piece of Paularo's history, but if you do it like this you will go very far!!! Ps. I recommend arriving late and then tasting some good beers with the staff 😂😂😂
