The deep-cut pizza is very good, it surpasses that of the Da Pino chain which is so successful but partly unjustified, here it is better... although I would advertise the Neapolitan deep-cut pasta more, many don't even know that you make it!! Highlight it in the next menu, a tip. Prices are slightly too high, especially in my opinion the extras for the maxi are not justified, exactly double compared to the standard ones... how can you pay 6 euros more for buffalo + kamut?? 3 euros more for high pasta? It seems a bit exaggerated to me... I would bring the additions of the maxi to 2 euros.

Pizza not bad, but if they improved the quality of the raw materials (especially oil and tomato) it could become excellent. It has excellent potential and a good organization is perceived, but the quality still has room for improvement.

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Ich habe eine identische Pizza einen Tag vorher bei da Michele bestellt. Sie war zwar teurer, aber Zutaten wesentlich besser (Qualität,Geschmack), mehr Zutaten, der Teig krustiger (Apollo ziemlich labbrig) und die Pizza wurde „heiß“ angeliefert.
