Update February 2024:
I have returned to Raffa several times after the initial review, in the last year and a half I have noticed that the pizza, although still good, is no longer before, in particular the last few times I have found it quite "dry on the surface" and not even the dough on these occasions it didn't completely convince me.
I would like to point out something that happened the last time that bothered me a lot: we sat at the table and when ordering we were asked if we wanted farinata before the pizzas and even though we had clearly said no and the waiter didn't had written "farinata" on the order sheet, after a few minutes the farinata was brought to us which obviously ended up on the final bill; We didn't argue at the time but in any case I don't find it right at all to try to "pass" the starter on your customers even if they don't want it.

Fantastic pizza, must try!
A thin and light dough, the quality of the pasta is excellent. The ingredients are of the highest quality and the pizzas are nice and large and cooked to perfection without being burnt.
What can I say, delicious, going into detail would be a waste of words, the pizzas speak for themselves.
Personally, I highly recommend the Bruno with stracchino and Taggiasca olives for the undecided or the Bambi for those who like deer salami and sausage. Whatever pizza you choose you can't go wrong.

Warm and welcoming environment, it has an internal space and an external veranda. The pizza is thin and the ingredients are good and fresh. I would like to point out the possibility of having gluten-free pizza by making this known on the day of booking.

Locale nella media, adatto a pizzate per ragazzi.
Servizio adeguato e cordiale.
Ho assaggiato la focaccia al formaggio (buona) e preso una quattro stagioni.
Purtroppo la pizza la preferisco alla napoletana, quindi non mi è proprio piaciuta.
Consigliato per chi preferisce le pizze con impasto quasi “cracker”, da evitare se ci si aspetta una pizza simil napoletana.

Una volta arrivati, non semplice per chi non conosce la zona, solo aspetti positivi, bella accoglienza (grazie a Federico), ampio menu, buona birra alla spina, ottima pizza e un piatto di carne alla griglia davvero ‘imperiale’, tanto abbondante da richiedere un doggy bag.
