A contemporary space divided across two rooms, with youthful staff fluent in English ready to explain each of the Chef’s creations, guests will find a list of local Beers and Wines to accompany a brief menu focused on items from the Wood-burning oven. Neapolitan through-and-through, many Ingredients sourced from nearby markets, Santarpia thankfully strays from strict VPN standards to offer both Appetizers and contemporary interpretations of Pizza, his Mortazza a fried masterpiece of molten Cheese with Mortadella and nutty Pesto on top. No Pastas or Salads, but housemade Milkbread beneath Tripe and Gorgonzola for those seeking the spectacular, Pizza come with a developed cornicone thanks to 48h leavening and shine whether simply topped in DOP Tomatoes with Basil or made fiery by Salsa Verde plus ‘Nduja. Concise but certainly not limited, a total of six Desserts atop the rest, servers strongly recommend Giovanni’s Cheesecake with seasonal Berries but for fans of Baba au Rhum this delicate version soaked in sweet Booze with a smear of Cream is a sight to behold.

Excellent pizza, well-leavened and easily digestible dough, top-notch toppings. I took a Napoli, the anchovies and capers were excellent. It's worth it.

What can I say... the pizza and desserts were delicious, I didn't have a sleepless night like I do when I eat pizza because I can't digest it. I will definitely return. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional.

This is an excellent pizza but I would have expected a tastier dough. Strange because at home I actually get a very tasty dough with Petra. Then the semolina is a little too coarse and constitutes a sort of external breading that can be felt when biting. Once you bite into the pizza, however, it is actually very good and melts. Good beers on tap. Excellent Baba. High prices.

Siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo e rimasti colpiti come sempre, vramente una pizza buona, un impasto semplice, leggero e facilissimo da digerire che sembra scontato ma non si trova più a giro. Consiglio di provare qualche Montanarina prima della pizza. Mi raccomando prenotazione obbligatoria con largo anticipo

Avevo grandi aspettative sulla pizza, ma probabilmente ho preso quella sbagliata. Bel locale in via senese , sempre pieno, con pochi piatti e poca scelta di pizze, per come la penso io, indice di qualità ed attenzione alla preparazione. Il locale è un po’ troppo rumoroso, nonostante abbiano già provato ad inserire elementi per la correzione acustica. La mia esperienza è stata un po’ altalenante, ho assaggiato supplì e montanarine e devo dire entrambe ottime, sulla pizza ed il dolce non sono rimasto un granché soddisfatto. Ho preso la Regina di Corbara, impasto buono, per niente pesante, ma purtroppo non sapeva di niente, piena di acqua dei pomodorini ed un po’ anche della bufala, al contempo ho assaggiato una semplice margherita che era decisamente meglio. Il Babà con la panna non mi ha entusiasmato. Comunque consiglio di provarlo!
