The slice-sized pizza is very good, personally I really like the soft, tasty and very digestible dough. I recently also tried the farinata which compared to a few years ago I considered one of the best in Alessandria if not the best but now it no longer seems to be at that level. The variety of bottled beers is good, I think a weiss is missing. Do-it-yourself service, fair prices.

Il Faro è nella mia TOP 3 dei ristoranti preferiti in assoluto. Ho 31 anni e mangio la loro buonissima pizza da quando ne avevo 8. Non è mai cambiata, il sapore è impossibile da descrivere o replicare. Buonissima. Le dimensioni sono diverse dalle solite pizze, la loro è quadrata ma è disponibile anche più piccola al tegamino. Il locale è a dir poco caratteristico, legno, maschere tribali e statuette africane costellano le stanze, i muri e il bancone. L’atmosfera è calda e positiva. Lo consigliere a chiunque.
