Now a fixed stop for us when we come down from Milan for the holidays... today in particular the impeccable service of the waiter Riccardo who, with his cheerfulness and his savoir-faire, always gives us excellent advice!! Cleanliness and food really excellent 👍 we had the pleasure of tasting the magnificent Don Umberto: pizza roll, first fried and then baked... and what can I say... exquisite Neapolitan ragù... A true delicacy! In addition to omelettes and croquettes... try it to believe it 😋😋😋

Fabulous pizzas with a perfect balance of the various ingredients. The cod pizza is very popular: a pleasure for the senses. The desserts are also excellent. Paolo Buro is a true master. Chapeau

Nothing to say about food and (friendly) staff. The place is small and on Saturdays you have to wait a bit.
Both pizza and fried food are good.

Mangiare una pizza il sabato? Una tragedia. Non esiste nessuno tipo di prenotazione, il nome viene riportato in una lista, ma giunti finalmente in pizzeria bisogna aspettare. Nel 2024 ed in un'era post covid (come fanno celebri e vicini ristoranti della zona) potrebbero dotarsi di un sistema di prenotazione online efficiente, invece di fare attendere i clienti fuori, al freddo ed al gelo o al caldo torrido estivo. Secondo aspetto negativo: il sabato non possono essere scelte numerose pizze (quelle denominate "speciali") riportate all'interno del menu. Il "paziente" cameriere in sala, deve spiegare ogni volta, quali di queste pizze, possono essere ordinate e quali invece no.
Perché non fornire ai clienti un apposito menu per il sabato?
La scelta delle birre, é simile a quella delle pizze, alcune di quelle indicate nel menu non sono presenti. Il servizio é "abbastanza" rapido, dopo una decina di minuti vengono servite le fritture, frittatina (alla napoletana) cacio e pepe e al ragú e patatine fritte. La frittura é molto buona, leggera e delicata. Dopo pochi minuti, sono servite anche le pizze. Abbiamo scelto la margherita 3.0 e la burrata. Le pizze in oggetto ricordano (ma solo per la forma a ruota di carro) quelle napoletane, la margherita 3.0 e la burrata da noi scelte, sono risultate "poco digeribili"e "secche" con un impasto non soffice. I prezzi (8 /10 euro per una pizza) mediamente alti. Secondo il mio modesto parere Caserta offre lidi diversi e migliori.

Eating a pizza on Saturday? A tragedy. There is no type of reservation, the name is shown on a list, but once you finally reach the pizzeria you have to wait. In 2024 and in a post-covid era (as famous and nearby restaurants in the area do) they could equip themselves with an efficient online booking system instead of making customers wait outside, in the cold and frost or in the scorching summer heat. Second negative aspect: on Saturdays numerous pizzas (those called "specials") listed on the menu cannot be chosen. The "patient" waiter in the room must explain each time which of these pizzas can be ordered and which cannot.
Why not provide customers with a special menu for Saturday?
The choice of beers is similar to that of pizzas, some of those indicated on the menu are not present. The service is "quite" quick, after about ten minutes the fries are served, omelette (Neapolitan style), cheese and pepper and ragù and French fries. The frying is very good, light and delicate. After a few minutes, the pizzas were also served. We chose the margherita 3.0 and the burrata. The pizzas in question are reminiscent (but only for the cartwheel shape) of the Neapolitan ones, the margherita 3.0 and the burrata we chose were found to be "hardly digestible" and "dry" with a non-soft dough. The prices (8/10 euros for a pizza) are on average high. In my humble opinion, Caserta offers different and better beaches.

The best pizza I've ever tasted, too bad we sat there for more than an hour. Very nice environment. Electric piano and guitar that everyone can use. Usually in other pizzerias it says do not touch. Truly a wonderful and unique experience

siamo sati ieri sera lunedi in questa pizzeria vista su instagram incuriositi dalla pizza mezzanotte ed e' stata esplosiva abbiamo preso io meta matriciana e meta mezzanotte ho provato il crocchè e la frittatina pasta e patate tutto buonissimo consigliato
