Excellent pizza in terms of dough (very light) and ingredients, all of high quality. Added value covered with tablecloth and cloth napkin. Mason's still white wine is also excellent. Well cooked and golden chips in fresh oil (this is not to be taken for granted) Finished the dinner with an honest to goodness lemon sorbet. I will return to try the restaurant with Tuscan specialties Compliments

The pizza is good but the cuisine is also good, which we have tried other times. Always available to find accommodation even at the last minute and to satisfy the customer.

Ci eravamo ripromessi, tempo fa e dopo aver assaggiato la cucina "da asporto", di tornare per la pizza e una degustazione "in diretta". Prove superate alla grande direi. Pizze gustose e digeribili. Poi pranzi e cene in occasione di feste e ricorrenze. Sempre tutto all'altezza! Genuino, semplice, ingredienti di qualità, cortesia costante. Consigliato.

Ci siamo fatti fare un menù x una Domenica in famiglia, tutto ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce, ottimo il servizio, consiglio a tutti di provarlo

What can I say, many pizzerias are good, BUT THEIR characteristic IN ADDITION to being pizzas is EXTRA GOOD food, they make pizza in the PERFECT dosage to even fit the dessert in 😍😍😍👍👍 very good, polite, clean, tidy, affable. May they be successful in everything, with every person.🩵🫂👏👏👏👏👏

Bel ristorante, molto pulito, servizio veloce anche per una pausa pranzo. Prodotti buoni, si paga anche il coperto e quindi il prezzo sale un po. Però dobbiamo aspettarci un vero e proprio ristorante .

24/03/2024: Can reviews serve to stimulate those who receive them to improve the quality of the service? I always find it hard to criticize but I would like it to be useful. Poldo is a true historic pizzeria. Which has retained its originality. Without giving space to the questionable fashions of gourmet pizzerias or fake Neapolitan pizzerias. Farinata and pan pizza, that's how they were in high school (the 80s) and that's how they are. Same furniture and also same prices. Pizza and farinata (good) and beer for 15 euros where can you find it today? Sit and served I mean. However: a few fewer tables would perhaps be better, at least you don't have to get elbowed every time someone passes by you. And it would also serve to follow up with customers a little more so that they don't have to ask for the same things three times. Until next time
24/03/2024: Tried it for lunch with friends. Simple but tidy and clean environment. Friendly and friendly staff and fast service. Delicious farinata and spectacular pan pizza: soft and well stuffed but with a crunchy base and crust around the edge. Honest prices. 5 stars deserved.
