Pizzeria La Scaletta In Lumarzo

17/03/2024: Inadequate staff: to get a gluten-free pinsa the waitress made a mistake 3 times. First pizza was terrible and then there were missing ingredients. To make matters worse, we were threatened that if we wanted what we had correctly ordered, we would have to go to the queue for other orders, given that the place was full. I would like to point out that without gluten the process is different so... To avoid being satisfied at the checkout, the rude girl didn't even know about the 10% discount for celiacs in restaurants that join the AIC association. Ask the kind colleagues of the Bitta pizzeria who also join the association but not only to have customers... also to provide a service. Everything will be reported to the AIC💪💪
