Ho preso un panzerotto fritto dopo tanti anni dato che vivo fuori foggia. Era perfetto, solo l’odore mi ha riportato a quando ero ragazzo e vivevo a foggia. Fritto alla perfezione senza unto, la pasta morbidissima è buonissima. Un salto nel passato……. Che goduria. Grazie per avermi regalato questo ricordo. Francesco
