On a particular evening at the end of February, we had dinner in Colceresa almost by chance, but carefully choosing where to stop. QUORE MATTO "called" us, a place with perhaps not even thirty seats, in which we were welcomed by a very sweet and beautiful smiling girl, daughter of the owners. The place is welcoming, well-kept and has a slightly vintage taste, pleasant, warm and fragrant... we opted for a pizza, but the offering is vast and original: meat dishes with some vegetables put away by Franca and pizza with an amazing dough, left to rise for days, with the patience and care of those who love their profession and consider it a mission to make you eat well. In short... "The cuisine of time", the one made by those who know how to wait for the good seed to ripen and the one made of small attentions for the customer, now disappeared from almost all activities of this type, which offers products from our land, of quality and carefully chosen. Nico and Franca pass around the tables to tell how they do things, to recommend this or that ingredient and so you understand why you like being there: because you feel at ease, among friends, before you even meet them and you already know that they trust you and that you will return. Doing something with love and for love always brings great results, like those achieved by QUORE MATTO, where Franca, between one pizza and another, allows herself the "taste" of letting you taste the first sweet and sour onions made in the afternoon, perhaps after having brought cinnamon baked apple with ice cream! The conversations mix and people exchange a few more smiles, even between one table and another. A perfect and healing experience, as well as a delicious dinner, as only those who do this job can offer while having fun, with joy, passion and, indeed, a TRUE AND EXTRAORDINARY... CRAZY QUORE! Delicious and light pizzas, friendly and kind managers

Nice and welcoming family-run place. They have interesting pizza doughs and a wide assortment of flavors, with attention to seasonal products. I got advice from the manager and ate an excellent pizza. We will be back to try the bruschetta!!! ....and the games 🥳

Posto super consigliato! Le pizze sono buonissime, oltre che super digeribili, e la varietà di gusti a disposizione è impressionante, ogni volta è davvero difficile scegliere.. Sarete accolti benissimo in questa realtà familiare composta da persone disponibili e alla mano che vi faranno passare una serata speciale con le loro pizze gourmet!

Meravigliosa esperienza di sapori: impasto buonissimo e ingredienti di prima qualità! Noi abitiamo a 80 km dalla pizzeria, ma la tanta strada è stata ripagata dall’accoglienza calorosa del gestore e dalla pizza eccezionale!

Locale molto familiare. All’interno ci sono pochi coperti e l’ambiente è molto tranquillo. Pizze super digeribili e gusti non banali, diversi sicuramente dalle altre pizzerie. Essendo considerate gourmet il prezzo è leggermente più alto.
