There is pizza and pizza..... and in this pizzeria you eat a pizza lady. the dough is soft and light, and the filling ingredients are excellent. The pizza was so good that for dessert I ordered a fried pizza, what can I say, everything was excellent! Good service, helpful and friendly. Prices are normal for the type of pizza. Parking with few parking spaces but there is also good parking nearby. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we went on a Saturday evening where the management activated the double shift. We chose 9.15pm and the pizzas arrived at 11pm, too many people to serve at once.

Pizza discretamente buona, gli ingredienti sono buoni ma l'unica pecca è l'impasto evidentemente poco lievitato siccome risulta un po pesante...ambiente pulito e ordinato, camerieri cordiali il giusto. Se lo consiglio? Ní.

Una coppia di amici ci ha consigliato questa pizzeria e devo dire che la pizza è buona, non eccellente ma per trovarsi a Ferrara è buona. Do quattro punti perché a mio avviso i prezzi delle pizze sono alti. Abbiamo pagato 83 euro per quattro pizze, due birre da 75cl, una coca in lattina, acqua e due porzioni di dolci. Una diavola 10 euro! Secondo me troppo.

Presidio eat and sleep

07/03/2024: I only tried food experience so I can't evaluate the rooms. We ate the best creamed cod ever, but not only that, the burrata and lime shrimp risotto was excellent and also the roasted octopus on mashed potato. The off-menu items, the crudités, are also excellent... just one flaw regarding this last point: when an off-menu item is presented it is also advisable to talk about the price so as not to find a surprise at the checkout. The wine cellar is also excellent.
17/02/2024: Pino's star raises the bar and presents itself at the Presidio for a business lunch. Location not easy to find without navigator but it immediately presents itself well looked after with very friendly staff I can't speak about the menu card because the lunch was already planned Everything Excellent fish, the entrée was also ok, the starter too except the grilled and the au gratin. High quality raw materials, minimal portions but it's ok. I woke up hungry but through no fault of theirs, I promised myself to return and study the menu proposals better. .

06/04/2024: Excellent pizza place. The pizzas are traditional style and top quality. If you go there then try to book in advance and make sure you eat inside. Outside can be windy in spring but not a problem in the summer.
01/04/2024: Varied and appropriate menu for the restaurant and its location (full historic center). The dishes offered are of good quality, perfect for a tourist lunch or a pizza with friends even at midday and not just in the evening. Exquisite and very helpful staff. Really good
