Podere 39 In Firenze

I ordered the Carbonara. I asked if it is made without cream and the waitress replied: no no no no, without cream. Finally the Carbonara arrived with cream. Never seen in Italy... don't call it Carbonara please. €75 for two people for two starters, risotto and “Carbonara”. A little expensive I would say. The risotto was good. The atmosphere of the top restaurant.

We had dinner with friends. The location is very nice, especially the florist's room! We were lucky enough to have a table among the flowers. The scent and the sound helped to relax. Four of us had two appetizers: Crostini with liver pâté and sweet onions, courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta on pistachio cream. Great for starting and sharing. Everyone had a first course: gnocchi with wild boar sauce, pacchero with sausage, chickpea and carrot sauces, spaghetti guitar with chard sauce. Apart from the spaghetti alla guitar which was missing something, the other two first courses were spectacular, if there had been another half portion we would have happily eaten it. To conclude we had two desserts: tiramisu and cooked cheesecake. Good nothing to say. All accompanied by a bottle of Ciliegiolo della Maremma. I highly recommend it! Both for the food and the location but also for the staff, welcoming and kind.

Amazing dinner and very good service in an area off the tourist track. The day before we had eaten at another Bib in Rome and couldn’t understand how it had made the list. Podere was 10 times better and 50% less expensive. We will be talking about this amazing dinner for a long time!

Beautiful setting between a grocery store and grandma's house. Traditional Tuscan food with high quality and excellently processed products. Fast and courteous service. Also easily accessible from the motorway. Highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this charming restaurant near porte romana of the Boboli garden. You enter this amazing trattoria through flower shop. The space is cozy but have enough tables. Great selection of pasta, secondi and primi. On top of the menu a la carte there are daily menu.

Già andata più volte... Sempre mangiato benissimo... Posto stupendo, atmosfera molto bella e soft, cibo buonissimo,ricercato, ben impiattato e servizio perfetto!

Bello bello gente. Se venite a Firenze dovete venire a mangiare le specialità di questo posto.

Cena con amici, location originale e accogliente (di giorno è in parte negozio di fiori) e si mangia su tavoli di legno scuro). Ampia lista vini (abbiamo scelto un ottimo Arneis Roero Terra). Deliziose tutte le portate dai Fiori di zucca in gratin alle lasagnette aperte con carne di coniglio alla mozzarella in carrozza con acciughe e datterini e così via... in tutte le portate una vera esaltazione dei sapori con evidente abilità nella cucina e nell'impiattamento. Discreti i dolci. Prezzi medi, forse un po' alti per il tipo di offerta che si è deciso di dare. Servizio semplice e un po' "alla buona" ma apprezzabile per un locale che accenna ad una vecchia osteria.
