I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Premiata Fabbrica" pizzeria for a company lunch, and I must say it exceeded all expectations.
The pizza, especially the one I ordered called "Carbonara," was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations tailored to our tastes. What truly sets this pizzeria apart is the exceptional quality of the dough – it's unique and adds a special touch to every bite. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Ponte Vecchio in Bassano del Grappa, which only added to the overall experience.

Very nice location, adjacent to the Bassano bridge. Nice and welcoming location. Strong points: excellent pizzas tasted, different high quality doughs and fine raw materials.
The service is noteworthy, present and expert, but never intrusive.
Price in line with the location and the quality of the service and product offered.

Amazing pizza restaurant, with view on the historical bridge and river. The restaurant serves amazing pizzas with gourmet options and different options for the base. Beers and drinks are all coming from artisanal producers.

Pizza piccola, impasto pesante e bordi della pizza decisamente troppo grandi rispetto alla pizza. Troppo poco pomodoro. Costo abbastanza alto.
Metto 3 stelle per la posizione del locale e per la qualità dei prodotti usati ma decisamente da migliorare.

An excellent pizza with great service and beautiful view! We went there for lunch, the service starts at 12:30 and we reserved ahead. We both ordered a pizza with high rise dough. Both pizzas were excellent ! We then completed our meal with desserts. Again, excellent! The service was prompt and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Dico davvero, la miglior pizza che abbia mangiato. Ne avrò mangiate poche forse (non credo…😋) ma questa, per qualità, quantità, gusto, cottura, a mio modestissimo parere è la più buona. Per non parlare del tiramisù alla grappa..,strepitoso…
Quando passo per Bassano so dove fermarmi !
