RED - enoteca con cucina - In Bergamo

Rejected. I've wanted to go there for a long time, unfortunately my expectations were not met. At least for the wine part, and for a wine shop it is serious. In summary, 3 requested wines all present on their menu (which I would like to underline is in digital format and therefore updateable daily). Number 2 wines were not there, no. 1 wine wasn't there in 2019 but we were given 2021 without even notifying us and explaining the differences (I'm the one who asked why and I was told that there was no longer 2019 and they couldn't update temporarily the menu). Another absurd thing is only 3 types of glasses, the red wine served to us in the same glass as the white wine at other tables. Among other things, the 2021 wine served to us was terrible, I had it left over and my wife had to mix it with the wine. When the owner was told this he shrugged. For this reason, despite myself, I have to advise against it. We will never go there again.

A positive experience although a very limited choice of food and not to all tastes. Certainly more wine shop than cuisine. Table service and mise en place to be reviewed given the prices

We were there in January and we really enjoyed it. We tried the following dishes: risotto, diy Maultaschen typical of the region and a cheese plate. The wine with it was also very tasty. The Lockal has a very nice atmosphere, you feel very comfortable there. The only thing I didn't like was that I wrote to the restaurant a week beforehand asking to reserve a table, but didn't get an answer. We went there anyway and practically all the tables were free. I can recommend the restaurant.

I went for dinner, the place was very nice and the service was prepared and punctual. The food was a pleasant discovery, from the starter to the dessert all really good and balanced, prices slightly above average but worth it. Starter, main course, wine, dessert, coffee and bitters €50

A very welcoming place with attentive and highly trained staff. We ate excellent original dishes and drank excellent Lebanese wine. The only sore point is that even though we hadn't overbooked, we ended up with a higher bill than expected.

Lovely place and very nice food. I had gyoza with pork belly and chestnut tart for dessert. Both very nice.

Locale piccolo e carino, arredato come oggi usano in tanti, con bella mostra di vini che spaziano moltissimo. Cucina buona ma non particolare. Servizio discreto ed attento. Onestamente mi sarei aspettato più originalità nell'offerta culinaria.

Un venerdì sera ci siamo recati in 5 persone per cena. Di primo acchito sono stato favorevolmente colpito dalla qualità e ricercatezza dell'ambiente in un atmosfera intima ed accogliente. Il menu offre una proposta interessante e varia per tutti i gusti. Il personale molto preparato e gentile ci ha introdotto i piatti equilibrati in gusto e quantità. Infine, una ricca carta dei vini rafforza la caratteristica di enoteca con la quale il locale si presenta. Prezzo in linea con l'offerta. Consigliatissimo, ci ritornerò sicuramente.
