Hotel in a fantastic area of ​​Tuscany, with beautiful views and impressive nature. Rooms need better maintenance. The hotel staff is, in general, very attentive and welcoming. There are trails to/from Braga. And other trail options.

The start was terrible due to the rally right inside the structure which made parking and mobility in general a drama, and even after the noise was not pleasant, we pointed this out during checkout and they made us a nice discount, so overall good, very, nice facility in a wonderful location and decent spa with indoor pool

Gorgeous views - but massively let down by unbelievably noisy rooms. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbours using toilet paper - which is a first for me in probably 100 hotels. No detail of next door's bodily functions is inaudible - in 3D surround sound, at 4am. Naturally, they can hear everything you do and say also - so you have to be as quiet as a submariner dodging a torpedo, as you use the bathroom. I've not crept around like this since I was a teenager sneaking my girlfriend back to my parents' house.

Service amazing !!!! Only reson why its not 5 stars its isolated with not alot of food options and the food is overpriced by alot.

Buen hotel. El spa un poco escaso. Aparte de lo que pagas por la habitación, hay que sumar 15€ por persona y día. Dicen que es por el uso del resort!

Nice rooms, nice team, good food. We had the new year dinner and that was an interesting experience due to the sound quality of the live music at times, but I guess that very enthusiastic singer just needed his voice at maximum volume to channel his inner Sinatra :) But what is the deal with heating in Italy? This hotel was one of many we went to this year in Italy, which seem to all have decided to give people the one thing people hate about this beautiful country in the summer (Hint: excessive heat), now indoors instead of outdoors. Instead of walking against a wall of heat when leaving an air conditioned house in the summer, now in winter you get that experience when walking in. Guys, I get it: Hotels can not allow each guest to set their rooms termperature like they want it, because it can not divert too much away from the temperature the whole house is set to. Same problem they have with air condition tastes of their customers in the summer essentially. One room can not be set to polar temperatures while the one next door is just right to cook its guests alive. BUT WHY would anybody choose to set the average house temperature so high, that you can not sleep without opening the windows? In our room, a note said that the heating / air con would turn off when opening the windows, but it did not! Do hotel owners in Italy have a secret plan to accelerate global warming single handedly maybe? :-) Anyway: Breakfast was excellent and the location is beautiful even on a rainy winter day. Would love to re-visit in summer.

Booked this hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The hotel has a very nice view and spacious lobby. All the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We inquired if we could get a room with a bathtub and the receptionist immediately gave us one room which was really nice. We had 2 rooms,the one with 2 single beds is big enough but our room with the king bed is quite small. There is practically no space to put up our luggage. The table is almost I the way. On the other hand the bed is very comfortable. It was a pity that our room is facing a wall so we didn’t use the balcony much. The pool is also quite small. Compared to other wellness hotel it lacks some flair. Breakfast buffet was ok. No fresh pancake or omelette. No fresh orange juices. There were some rotten fruits that didn’t get filtered out. The gym is well- equipped and is open 24 hours a day which is a big plus.

Location fantastica. Tutto ottimo in linea con l appartenenza alla catena alberghiera e alla categoria.
